    • used to + infinitive esta forma se usa para hablar de algo que pasó en el pasado, y que ahora no pasa más.

    • be/get + used to + ing esta forma se usa para hablar que algo nos es familiar y que nos parece normal (acostumbrados).

    Examples used to

    • She used to travel.
    • She used to eat an apple.
    • We used to be friends.

    Examples negative form used to

    • She didn't use to drink a lot of water
    • She didn't use to run every day
    • We didn't use to be boyfriends

    Examples of used to in questions

    • Did you use to practice english every day?
    • Did you use to take Karate lessons when you were a kid?
    • Didn't you use to get in trouble as a boy?

    Be used to

    be used to nos sirve para expresar algo que nos es habitual, o nos resulta normal.

    • I'm used to exercising every day.

    Get used to

    get used to esta forma nos sirve para hablar de algo a los que nos estamos acostumbrando y que se está volviendo normal para nosotros.

    • It took me some time to get used to having virtual meetings.
