Comparativos y superlativos en inglés

Generalmente, la forma comparativa de un adjetivo en inglés se logra cuando al adjetivo se le agrega -er + than. Ejemplo: She runs faster than me (Ella corre más rápido que yo).

Cuando los adjetivos son largos, es decir, poseen tres o más sílabas, se utiliza la palabra more + adjetivo + than. Ejemplo: This book looks more interesting than the previous one (Este libro se ve más interesante que el anterior).

Cuando queremos formar oraciones utilizando la forma superlativa de un verbo en inglés, debemos agregar the  + adjetivo + -est. Ejemplo: My brother is the youngest of us all (Mi hermano es el más jóven de todos nosotros).

Cuando los adjetivos poseen tres sílabas o más, debemos utilizar la estructura the + most + adjetivo. Ejemplo: This is the most beautiful view of the city (Esta es la vista más hermosa de la ciudad).
